This is a seasoning liquid designed specifically for use in the microwave that allows you to stew mackerel in miso by simply placing the fillets in a bag and microwaving them.
Using Fundodai's miso and "akazake", we have created a sweet dish suitable for Kyushu.
No sweeteners or colorings used.

Ingredients: Blended miso (made in Japan), sugar, fermented rice seasoning, soy sauce, red sake, ginger, yeast extract, salt, bonito extract, fish sauce, kelp extract/alcohol, spice extract, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), vitamin B1, (contains soybeans, wheat, and mackerel)
