User Guide
How to order products
For orders by phone or fax, payment can only be made by cash on delivery.
A separate payment fee and administrative fee of 550 yen (tax included) will be charged.
If you wish to pay by credit card or NP Pay Later (convenience store pay later), please order from our online shop. 
Payment
■NP Postpaid
You can pay later (at convenience stores, post offices, banks, and LINE Pay). 
○Details of this payment method
This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later at a convenience store, post office, bank, or LINE Pay after confirming that the product has arrived.
The invoice will be sent by mail separately from the product, so please pay within 14 days of issue.
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, a fee may be charged.
○Caution
Deferred payment fee: 330 yen For orders with deferred payment, the deferred payment service of Net Protections, Inc. will be applied, and the payment claim will be transferred to the company.
Please agree to the NP Pay Later Terms of Use and the company's privacy policy and select the pay later service.
The maximum cumulative balance that can be used is 55,000 yen (tax included).

If you are a minor, please obtain consent from your legal guardian to use the service.
*Please note that the invoice will be sent to the name and address of the person who placed the order.
Please note that the shipping name and shipping address will not be used for the invoice.

You can use your Amazon account to make purchases without having to enter your registered shipping address or credit card information.

Please pay the product price directly to the delivery driver.
Any fees will be borne by the customer.

*As a general rule, cash on delivery payments are only accepted when the person who placed the order picks up the item (at their home, workplace, etc.).

■About product delivery
Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 days (excluding holidays) after your order is confirmed.
However, delivery may be delayed during periods of high order volume or around holidays.
If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as all the items in your order are available.

Delivery dates can be specified from 7 days after the order date.
You can choose your delivery time from the options below.

■ Issuance of receipts
If you would like to have it shipped, please let us know. We will ship it after confirming your payment. If you pay by cash on delivery or credit card, it will be included in the product.
About consumption tax
The product prices on our online shop do not include consumption tax.
Returns Policy
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We also cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us with the following details:

(2) Date of receipt (or arrival)
(3) Details of the defect
