Ingredients (serves 2)
- Beef……200g
- Carrots...130g
- Potatoes...500g
- Onion...120g
- Konnyaku noodles...100g
- Irizake (fried sake)...200cc
- Water...600cc
- Sugar...4 teaspoons
How to make it
STEP 1 Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, chop the carrots and potatoes into chunks, and cut the onion into wedges.
STEP 2 Heat oil in a pan, fry ①, add sake, water, sugar and konnyaku noodles and simmer.
STEP 3 Once the ingredients are cooked, it's done.
