<Irizake> Refreshing Chirashi Sushi

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Rice (freshly cooked)…1 cup
  • Salmon sashimi...50g
  • Shiso leaves...2 pieces
  • Eggs...2
  • Irisake...3 tablespoons
  • White sesame seeds....as needed

How to make it

STEP 1 Add the sake to the freshly cooked rice and mix while cooling. Beat the eggs, fry them thinly, and cut them into thin strips to make shredded egg.


STEP 2 Place the rice from step 1 on a plate, top with shredded egg, salmon, and shredded shiso leaves. Finally, sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.

I used roasted sake instead of sushi vinegar.
