How to make it
STEP 1: Cut off the thick parts of the chicken breast to make it evenly thick. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into 1/4 lengthwise. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 1/4 lengthwise. Finely chop the green onions.
STEP 2 Combine the clear soy sauce and A in a bowl and mix well. Dip the chicken in the sauce, cover with kitchen paper, and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
STEP3Remove the chicken, wipe off excess water with kitchen paper, and coat with potato starch. Add sesame oil to a heated frying pan, add the chicken, and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides and cooked through. Once cooked, remove from the frying pan and transfer to a cutting board.
STEP 4: Add B and 4 tablespoons of the dipping sauce from ② to the frying pan from ③. Heat over the same heat until it thickens slightly, then turn off the heat.
STEP 5 Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, pour over the seasoning from step 4, and arrange on a plate in a balanced manner along with the baby leaves and boiled eggs .
