<Irizake> Refreshing meat and potatoes

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Beef……200g
  • Carrots...130g
  • Potatoes...500g
  • Onion...120g
  • Konnyaku noodles...100g
  • Irizake (fried sake)...200cc
  • Water...600cc
  • Sugar...4 teaspoons

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, chop the carrots and potatoes into chunks, and cut the onion into wedges.

STEP 2 Heat oil in a pan, fry ①, add sake, water, sugar and konnyaku noodles and simmer.

STEP 3 Once the ingredients are cooked, it's done.
