I made ponzu sauce using clear soy sauce.
This ponzu sauce has a refreshing yuzu flavor and a strong sour and soy sauce taste.
We added yuzu peel to create a beautiful looking ponzu sauce.
The fruit juice is from Kumamoto Prefecture and the peels are from Kyushu.
