Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 mackerel
- 1/2 piece of ginger
- Simmered food seasoning 80ml
- 80ml water
(Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)
How to make it
STEP 1: Fillet the mackerel into 3 pieces, cut them in half, and thinly slice the ginger.
STEP 2 Add the mackerel and ginger from step 1 to a pot with simmering seasonings and water and heat.
STEP 3: While pouring the broth over the fish from time to time, simmer until the broth is reduced by about half (or you can use a drop lid) .
