Ingredients (serves 5)
- 5 chicken thighs
- Simmered food seasoning 150ml
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon grated ginger
- (Stew seasoning = Straight)
How to make it
STEP 1 Cut the chicken thighs into even slices of equal thickness.
STEP 2: Put the simmered seasoning, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a plastic bag and leave it for about 3 hours to allow the flavors to soak in.
STEP 3 Grill ② in a grill or frying pan.
