Ingredients (serves 2)
- 120g green asparagus
- Bamboo shoots (boiled) 90g
- Carrots - 50g
- 6g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 200g thinly sliced beef thigh
- 10g ginger
- Oil as needed
- Simmered food seasoning 50ml
- 50ml water
(Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)
How to make it
STEP 1 Boil the asparagus, bamboo shoots cut into sticks, and carrots. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water. Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms and ginger.
STEP 2 Spread out one slice of beef at a time and wrap it around ①.
STEP 3 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry ② by rolling it around.
STEP 4 Add the diluted simmering seasoning and simmer over high heat, then mix with the broth and cut into bite-sized pieces.
