Ingredients (serves 2)
- 120g minced pork
- Maitake mushrooms 80g
- Grated ginger 4g
- Simmered food seasoning " 30ml
- 60ml water
- Spring onion (Simmered seasoning: water = 1:2)
How to make it
STEP 1: Break apart the maitake mushrooms with your hands, and if the pork is large, cut it into bite-sized pieces using kitchen scissors.
STEP 2 Add all ingredients except for the onion to a pot and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 3: When the broth has reduced, turn off the heat, serve in a bowl, and top with spring onions.
