<Stew seasoning> Char siu


  • Pork Belly Block 1kg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Simmered food seasoning 500cc
  • Water 500cc
    (Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)

How to make it

STEP 1 Tie the pork with string. Add oil to a pan, fry the garlic, and brown the surface of the pork.

STEP 2Put the pork in a pot and add the diluted simmering seasoning until it is completely covered. Start by putting it on high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Allow the pot to cool, cover and store in the fridge overnight. The next morning, return to the heat and cook thoroughly, then allow the pot to cool and serve.
