<Stew seasoning> Fried chicken

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200g chicken thighs
  • Simmered food seasoning 40ml
  • 3g grated garlic
  • Grated ginger 3g
  • Potato starch (simmered food seasoning = straight)
    That's 20% of the meat!

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 2 Combine the garlic, ginger, and simmered seasonings in two bags, add ① , and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

STEP3Coat the meat with potato starch and fry in hot oil for about 3 and a half minutes. ( Adjust the frying time according to the size of the meat.)
