Ingredients (serves 2)
- Bamboo shoots (boiled) 200g
- Dried bonito flakes (as needed)
- A little leaf buds
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
- Simmered food seasoning 30ml
- 150ml water
- (Stew seasoning: water = 1:5)
How to make it
STEP 1 Cut the tips of the bamboo shoots into 4 to 6 pieces and cut the base into chrysanthemum shapes.
STEP2 Heat salad oil in a pot and stir fry the bamboo shoots from step 1. Add the simmering seasoning and water and simmer over low heat.
STEP 3: Place on a plate and garnish with bonito flakes and kinome leaf buds to taste.
