<Simmered food seasoning> Bamboo shoots and new potatoes simmered in minced meat

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Boiled bamboo shoots 150g
  • 260g new potatoes
  • 100g minced chicken
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil
  • Simmered food seasoning 80ml
  • 240ml water
    (Stew seasoning: water = 1:3)

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the boiled bamboo shoots into large pieces. Wash the new potatoes thoroughly with a scrubbing brush to remove any dirt (no need to peel).

STEP2Put salad oil in a pan, add the ground chicken and fry. When the chicken changes color, add the bamboo shoots and new potatoes and continue frying.

STEP 3 Add the diluted simmering seasoning, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
When the broth has reduced, shake the pot to evaporate the water and reduce the liquid. When the whole dish is shiny, serve it on a plate.
