<Stew seasoning> Sukiyaki

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 200g beef
  • Shirataki 80g
  • Grilled tofu 180g
  • 70g shiitake mushrooms
  • 200g Chinese cabbage
  • 70g chrysanthemum
  • 40g carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • Simmered food seasoning 100ml
  • 100ml water
    (Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the beef, vegetables, shirataki noodles, and grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 2 Add beef fat to a pot, quickly cook the beef, then add the simmered seasoning and water.

STEP 3 Add other ingredients and once boiling, dip the egg in it.
