Ingredients (serves 4)
- 8 chicken wings
- 1/2 piece of ginger
- Spring onion (green part) approx. 15cm
- 2 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- Simmered food seasoning 120ml
- 120ml water
(Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)
How to make it
STEP 1: Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water. Thinly slice the ginger.
STEP 2 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken wings over medium heat until golden brown.
STEP 3 Put ①, ②, and the green onion in a pot, add the simmering seasoning diluted with water, and boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and skim off the scum.
STEP 4: Cover with a lid and simmer until the liquid is reduced, then serve in a serving dish and it's done.
