Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 Pacific saury (unsalted)
- 15g ginger
- Simmered food seasoning 80ml
- 100ml water
How to make it
STEP 1 Remove the scales from the pacific saury, cut off the head and tail, and cut the body into 4 equal parts.
Remove the internal organs and wash thoroughly, then make cuts of just under 1 cm into the back and belly to make it easier to eat.
Wipe off any excess water and lightly coat with flour.
STEP 2 Thinly slice 2/3 of the ginger for stewing, and shred the rest for topping.
STEP 3 Add the simmering seasonings, water and ginger to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the saury and simmer until the flavors are well blended.
