Ingredients (serves 2)
- 60g beef
- 160g potatoes
- 75g carrots
- 50g onion
- 25g konnyaku noodles
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Simmered food seasoning 40ml
- 120ml water
(Stew seasoning: water = 1:3)
How to make it
STEP 1 Cut the beef and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2 Add oil to a pot and fry the beef, potatoes and carrots, then add the konnyaku noodles, simmered seasoning and water.
STEP 3 Simmer until the flavors are thoroughly absorbed. (Covering the pot with a lid will ensure the flavors are thoroughly absorbed.)
