<Stew seasoning> Roast beef

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 400-500g beef chunks
  • 8-9 tablespoons simmered seasoning
  • 1 piece of garlic (simmered in seasoning liquid = straight)

How to make it

STEP 1: Place the simmered seasoning and crushed garlic in a sealable bag and leave to marinate overnight.

STEP 2: Bring to room temperature 1 hour before cooking, then cook only the meat from step ① over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
Add the sauce from step 1 and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes on each side, then turn off the heat , cover and leave for about 10 minutes.

STEP 3: Place the sauce in a heat-resistant bag, remove the air, close the opening, and let it sit at room temperature for about an hour.
