Ingredients (serves 2)
- Dried strips of daikon radish (25g)
- 25g carrots
- 15g fried tofu
- 9g dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- Simmered food seasoning 45ml
How to make it
STEP 1 Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the soaked dried daikon radish.
Once the oil has been distributed evenly, lightly fry the shredded carrots, fried tofu, and shredded shiitake mushrooms that have been soaked in water.
STEP 2 Add enough water to cover and bring to a boil.
STEP 3 When the liquid has reduced to about half, add the simmering seasonings and continue simmering until all the water has evaporated.
