Ingredients (serves 2)
- Beef belly slices 160g
- 50g onion
- 30g shiitake mushrooms
- Enoki mushrooms 40g
- 40g carrots
- Chinese chives 50g
- 3g garlic
- 5g white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Gochujang 10g
- Simmered food seasoning 80ml
- 20ml water
How to make it
STEP 1 Slice the beef belly and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2 Add the sliced beef belly and honey to a bowl and mix well.
STEP 3 Mix the simmered seasoning and gochujang, add to ② and rub in. Leave for about 30 minutes and add the vegetables.
STEP 4 Cook ③ over high heat, and when the liquid has evaporated, turn off the heat and mix well with sesame oil and white sesame seeds.
