  • 30g shiitake mushrooms

  • 40g carrots

  • 3g garlic
  • 5g white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Gochujang 10g
  • Simmered food seasoning 80ml
  • 20ml water

How to make it

STEP 1 Slice the beef belly and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

STEP 2 Add the sliced ​​beef belly and honey to a bowl and mix well.

STEP 3 Mix the simmered seasoning and gochujang, add to ② and rub in. Leave for about 30 minutes and add the vegetables.
