<Stew seasoning> Beef bowl

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 160g thinly sliced ​​beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green onion
  • 20g pickled ginger
  • 2 bowls of rice
  • Simmered food seasoning 80ml
  • 200ml water

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the sliced ​​beef into 3cm lengths. Cut the onion into 5mm widths. Cut off the root of the green onion and slice diagonally.

STEP2Put the simmering seasoning and water in a pot, heat on high, add the beef, skim off the scum, and add the onion. When it boils again , reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.

STEP 3 Add the green onions and simmer for another 1-2 minutes before turning off the heat. Place the onions on top of the rice in a bowl. Garnish with pickled ginger if desired and it's done.
