<Simmered food seasoning> Chestnut rice

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 60g chestnuts
  • Roasted sesame seeds as needed
  • Simmered food seasoning 30cc

    How to make it

    STEP 1 Cut the bottom of the chestnuts with a knife and peel them. Peel off the astringent skin with a knife as well.

    STEP 2Put the washed rice in the rice cooker and add the simmered seasonings. Add water to the normal level, place the chestnuts on top and cook.

    STEP 3 Once the rice is cooked, transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
