<Stew seasoning> Kinpira burdock

Ingredients (serves 2)

  •  1 burdock root
  • 1/2 large carrot
  • Lotus root 25g
  • Konnyaku threads 75g
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • A little chili pepper
  • Simmered food seasoning 60ml
  • 60ml water
  • (Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)

How to make it

STEP 1 Cut the burdock and carrot into matchstick shapes and soak the burdock in water. Cut the lotus root into half-moon shapes and soak in water. Cut the konnyaku noodles into 5cm pieces and boil them in hot water.

STEP2Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the ingredients. Add the simmered seasoning and water, and fry while stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has evaporated. Finally, sprinkle with chili pepper and serve.
