- 425g chicken
- 75g dried shiitake mushrooms

How to make it
STEP 1 Heat a pan, add oil, and lightly fry the finely chopped chicken, dried shiitake mushrooms, julienned carrots, and shredded burdock root.
STEP 2 Add the simmering seasoning and dark soy sauce, and while stirring with a wooden spatula, simmer until the liquid is almost gone , then remove from heat.
STEP 3: Once cooled, cover and store the pot in the fridge overnight.
STEP 4: The next morning, put the pot back on the heat and cook it thoroughly, then mix it with the cooked rice.
