Ingredients (serves 2)
- 4 slices of flounder
- Ginger as needed
- Simmered food seasoning 50ml

50ml water
(Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)
How to make it
STEP 1 Wash the flounder and wipe off the water.
STEP 2 Add simmering seasonings and water to a pot and bring to a boil.
STEP 3: Place thinly sliced ginger and flounder in the pot, cover and simmer.
