<Stew seasoning> Isobe Imo Mochi

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 10g salted butter
  • 5 tablespoons simmered seasoning
  • Nori (seaweed)
    (Stew seasoning = Straight)

How to make it

STEP1Wrap the washed potatoes in plastic wrap and microwave (500W for 6.5 minutes or 600W for 6 minutes).

STEP 2 Peel the skin while it is still hot and mash it well until it is smooth. Add the potato starch and milk and mix. Once it comes together, knead it with your hands.

STEP 3: Shape with wet hands.

STEP4Heat butter in a frying pan, arrange ③ and fry until golden brown on both sides. Add the simmered seasoning straight and simmer until combined. Wrap in seaweed and it's done.
