
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 6 scallops
- A little salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- King oyster mushrooms 50g
- Shimeji mushrooms 50g
- 40g green pepper
- 40g red bell pepper
- 10g butter
- 1 tablespoon salad oil
- Simmered seasoning 15ml
- (Stew seasoning = Straight)
How to make it
STEP 1 Cut all ingredients except scallops into bite-sized pieces. Wipe off excess water from scallops, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
STEP 2 Add half the oil and butter to a heated frying pan, fry the scallops on both sides until golden brown, then remove from the frying pan.
STEP 3 Add the remaining oil to a frying pan and fry the remaining ingredients. Once cooked, add the scallops, add the simmered seasoning and butter , and mix well.
