<Simmered food seasoning> Stir-fried hijiki seaweed

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 10g hijiki buds
  • 30g carrots
  • 5g fried tofu
  • Salad oil (as needed)
  • Simmered seasoning 50ml
  • 50ml water
    (Stew seasoning: water = 1:1)

How to make it

STEP 1: Soak the hijiki seaweed in plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips. Pour boiling water over the fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut them into pieces the same size as the carrots.

STEP 2 Once the hijiki sprouts have softened, drain them in a colander, rinse under running water and drain thoroughly. Heat a pan, add salad oil and fry the carrots, fried tofu and hijiki sprouts in that order.

STEP 3 Dilute the simmering seasoning with water and add to the pot. Simmer over low heat until most of the water has evaporated, being careful not to burn it.
