
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 2 yellowtail fillets
- Salad oil (as needed)
- Simmered seasoning 40ml *For pickling
40ml *For finishing (simmered food seasoning = straight)
How to make it
STEP 1: Wipe off the excess water with kitchen paper and place the yellowtail and seasonings in a plastic bag. Mix well and leave in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
STEP2 Heat a frying pan, add salad oil, and fry the yellowtail (with the sauce wiped off) from the serving side. Once browned, turn it over and fry on both sides.
STEP 3 Add the seasonings and simmer while mixing with the yellowtail. Place the yellowtail in a bowl and pour the remaining sauce over it. Garnish with ginger or other toppings as desired.
