Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Shrimp with head・・・・・・2 pieces
  • Taro...6 pieces
  • Koya tofu・・・2 pieces
  • Snow peas...4 pieces
  • Dashi soy sauce made with clear soy sauce...3 tablespoons (54g)
  • Water・・・・・・300ml

How to make it
