<Soy sauce made with clear soy sauce> Boiled komatsuna

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Komatsuna・・・・・・150g
  • Shimeji mushrooms・・・・・・100g
  • Dashi soy sauce made with clear soy sauce... 1 tablespoon (18g)
  • Dried bonito flakes...appropriate amount

How to make it

STEP1 Boil water in a pot and boil the komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms. Rinse the komatsuna in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Drain the shimeji mushrooms.

 

STEP 2 Add the dashi soy sauce made with step 1 and clear soy sauce to a bowl and mix.
