Ingredients (serves 2)
- Komatsuna・・・・・・150g
- Shimeji mushrooms・・・・・・100g
- Dashi soy sauce made with clear soy sauce... 1 tablespoon (18g)
- Dried bonito flakes...appropriate amount
How to make it
STEP1 Boil water in a pot and boil the komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms. Rinse the komatsuna in cold water, squeeze out the water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Drain the shimeji mushrooms.
STEP 2 Add the dashi soy sauce made with step 1 and clear soy sauce to a bowl and mix.
